What we expect from our clients

To ensure the smooth running of the centre, we would like our clients to accept the following

Please inform the centre of any absences whether planned or unplanned. Please be courteous to staff, volunteers and other clients. Everyone is encouraged, but not forced to participate and everyone’s opinion is valuable

It is important to abide by the drivers instructions on the bus e.g. do not remove your seatbelt until you are told you can
Any medication brought to the centre must be in a dosette box or labelled bottle. We would ask clients to immediately inform us of any dietary changes

Please name items of clothing i.e. coats and if you feel it would be appropriate, bring a change of clothes and pads. Some items e.g. pads and pants are available in an emergency and will be charged for at a nominal rate
